1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using any Meridian US service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of a jurisdiction where digital-asset trading is permitted. Meridian US services are not available to residents of sanctioned countries or restricted U.S. territories.
3. Account Obligations
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must enable two-factor authentication. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Trading
All orders are final once executed. Meridian US does not guarantee fills, prices, or execution timing. Market orders are filled at the best available price, which may differ from the displayed quote.
5. Earn Products
APR rates are indicative and may change. Locked products cannot be redeemed before maturity. Interest is accrued daily and paid according to the product’s payout schedule.
6. Fees
Applicable fees are displayed on the Fees page and shown before each transaction. Meridian US may update fees with 7 days’ notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
Digital assets are volatile and may lose value. Meridian US is not liable for trading losses, network delays, or force-majeure events. Our maximum liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding 12 months.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under JAMS rules.
