Proof of Reserves

Proof of Reserves

Meridian US publishes a monthly Proof of Reserves (PoR) attestation, independently audited by a Big Four accounting firm.

How It Works

  1. All client liabilities (balances) are hashed into a Merkle tree
  2. On-chain reserves are verified against known cold-wallet addresses
  3. The auditor confirms: reserves ≥ liabilities
  4. Each verified user receives a unique Merkle-inclusion proof

Verify Your Inclusion

After each attestation, log in to your account → Settings → Proof of Reserves to download and independently verify your leaf in the Merkle tree using our open-source verification tool.
